ENGINEERING measurement
This course is designed as an introduction for students who wish to have a working knowledge of the measurement of Civil Engineering Works. It may also be of benefit to students who have acquired some knowledge of the topic and wish to further improve their skills.
Students are expected to read the prescribed chapter(s) from the enclosed textbook together with the appropriate example(s).

On completion of the course the student should be able
to take off quantities for a variety of civil engineering
works and be familiar with the requirements of a Bill
of Quantities. The student will be awarded a Premier
School of Building ‘Diploma ‘ on completion
of the course.
The course may be commenced at any time and should
be completed within
3 months (i.e.80 hours of study) depending on the student’s
previous knowledge of the subject.
