This course
is designed as an introduction for students who wish to develop
their competence and skills in the undertaking of maintenance
and repair works to buildings but may also be of benefit to
students who have a working knowledge of the topic and wish
to further improve their competence in this subject.
The course reading consist of lesson materials and an excellent
reference book with thirteen lessons as follows;

11 - Report Writing & Schedules
12 - Types of Maintenance
13 - Cleaning Techniques
On completion of the course the student should be able to
identify the necessary maintenance works to be undertaken
to a building and identify minor repair works needed to prolong
the life of the building A diploma will be issued on satisfactory
completion of the course
The course may be commenced at any time and should be completed
within 3 months (i.e.80 hours of study) depending upon the
students previous knowledge of the subject.
